On April 6th , Ambassador WU Hailong, Permanent Representative of the People's Republic of China to the United Nations and other International Organizations in Vienna, presented the Full Powers to Ambassador Wolfgang Hoffmann, Executive Secretary of the Preparatory Commission for the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty Organization. They also exchanged views on issues concerning the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban Treaty.
