On April 7^th , Ambassador WU Hailong, Permanent Representative of the People's Republic of China to the United Nations and other International Organizations in Vienna, presented the Full Powers to Mr. Antonio Maria Costa, Director-General of the United Nations Office at Vienna(UNOV), Executive Director of the United Nations Office on Drugs and Crime (UNODC). They also exchanged views on issues concerning the drug control, crime prevention and peaceful uses of outer space.
